5:00 p.m. — 11:00 p.m.

Stella Plantation is 45 - 55 minutes from downtown New Orleans. We have arranged for all buses to pick guests up at The Roosevelt Hotel at 3:30 p.m. This will give guests time to arrive and get settled in before the ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. It will be challenging to get an Uber from downtown New Orleans to Stella Plantation, so we strongly recommend you take the bus unless you plan to drive yourself or arrange a private driver. If you would like to drive yourself, there is some parking at the venue. Please be sure to arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. and plan for potential traffic leaving downtown New Orleans.

The ceremony will be outside followed by an outdoor cocktail hour as the sun is setting. The temperature at this time of year ranges from 65 degrees in the evening to up to 85 degrees during the day.

Dinner and dancing will follow in an indoor/outdoor tent with one round of buses leaving at 9:30 p.m. and another round leaving at 11:00 p.m.
